£15m Rescue Fund Launched to Save Charleston, the Bloomsbury Group's Sussex Home
Supporters of Charleston, the East Sussex home and studio of Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant, have launched a £15 million campaign to build a permanent endowment, opening with a £1 million gift from Bell's granddaughter Virginia Nicholson.
