The exhibition presents artworks created by and within communities living through economic transition, giving the conference's theme a physical presence. Eligible applicants must be based in a JTF region or a listed candidate country, propose a distinct artistic concept rooted in the community experience of transition, and supply images of sufficient quality for poster production. The JTP Secretariat designs, prints and covers all exhibition costs; selected projects also appear on European Commission premises, and participation requires in-person attendance at the conference.
