Kate MacGarry will participate in the debut edition of Post-Fair Paris with a solo presentation by Aimee Parrott at booth 3, 74 Rue du Temple. The announcement, made on the London gallery's Instagram, places Parrott's painting, printmaking and drawing at the centre of the gallery's offering for the new fair. Post-Fair Paris runs from 19 to 24 October 2026 across two historic buildings at 74 and 79 Rue du Temple in the Marais, timed to coincide with Art Basel Paris week. Founded in Los Angeles by gallerist Chris Sharp, Post-Fair launched in Santa Monica in 2025 as a lower-cost alternative to conventional fairs and now brings its model to Europe for the first time. The Paris edition gathers 34 galleries from cities including New York, London, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and Paris, each showing solo or duo presentations. Rather than rows of individual booths, the fair uses an open-plan layout centred on carefully curated single-artist presentations, aiming to feel closer to an exhibition than a trade fair and to give emerging and mid-sized galleries a more affordable route into fair week. For Parrott, the presentation continues a busy year. The Brighton-based artist, born in 1987, joined Kate MacGarry's roster in February 2026 and opened a solo exhibition, 'The green fuse drives the flower', at Cample Line in Dumfries in early October. Her work moves between painting, monoprinting and textile processes, treating the canvas as a permeable, skin-like surface. The fair's arrival adds another fixture to an already crowded Paris October, with Art Basel Paris staging its 2026 edition at the Grand Palais from 23 to 25 October.
