Five industrial design projects by ECAL students, inspired by the Swiss Army Knife, have been presented in a collaboration with Victorinox. The projects, updated around 15 September 2026, reinterpret the iconic multi-tool through contemporary design research, exploring form, function and cultural symbolism. The collaboration continues ECAL's programme of industry partnerships that give students live briefs from major Swiss brands. Victorinox is showcasing the student work through its own channels as an example of design education meeting heritage manufacturing.
