David Zwirner has previewed its presentations for Frieze Week 2026, with a group booth at Frieze London and a solo spotlight at Frieze Masters, both running 14–18 October in Regent's Park. At Frieze London's Booth D15, the gallery will show new and recent work by Sasha Gordon, Rirkrit Tiravanija, Marcel Dzama, Lisa Yuskavage, Yu Nishimura, Francis Alÿs and Dana Schutz, with available works previewed online ahead of the fair. The gallery's Frieze Masters presentation is a solo booth of Alice Neel, staged in collaboration with Victoria Miro. The presentation responds to the fair's 2026 curatorial thread, Queering Modernism, curated by Anke Kempkes, which runs through the fair tracing queer experience and LGBTQIA+ representation in 20th-century art from early Modernism through the 1980s. Works on view include Neel's intimate portraits, among them depictions of figures such as Allen Ginsberg, positioning the painter within the fair's expanded canon of the period. The fair appearances coincide with two solo exhibitions at David Zwirner London: Louis Fratino: Prose, the artist's first London solo, and Daichi Takagi: Suchness, both timed to run alongside the fair. The pairing gives the gallery a three-pronged presence during the week, spanning the contemporary fair, the historical fair and its own Mayfair space. Frieze London brings together 172 galleries from 48 countries this year, with Frieze Masters — now in its 14th edition — running concurrently a short walk away in Regent's Park. The two fairs once again anchor the busiest week of the London art calendar, with invitation-only days on 14 and 15 October before public opening.
