Lisson Gallery opens Yu Hong: Field of Asura at its New York space, 504 West 24th Street, on Tuesday 4 November, running to 9 January 2027. The monumental paintings take on human conflict on an epic scale, in the Chinese painter's first major New York solo presentation with the gallery.

The opening is paired with Myth Migration, a group show at Lisson's neighbouring 508 West 24th Street space, bringing together Wifredo Lam, Leonora Carrington, Alice Rahon, Mira Schendel and Chen Kong-Fang. Both exhibitions run 4 November to 9 January 2027.
