ART AFRICA Magazine previews 'Nguni: Migrant Nations of Southeast Africa,' opening at the Yale University Art Gallery on September 11, 2026 and on view through June 20, 2027. The first exhibition devoted to the art of the Nguni diaspora gathers about 150 works from the nineteenth and twentieth centuries alongside new commissions by Jabulani Dhlamini and Nomawonga Khumalo, tracing movement, memory, and cultural continuity across Southeast Africa.
