Installed on the museum's third floor, the show gathers prints, photographs, sculptural maquettes, drawings and collage studies made during the last year of Lichtenstein's life, including rarely shown studies for unrealised projects. Rather than revisiting his 1960s icons, it highlights his late engagement with technology, reproduction and image transformation. The presentation demonstrates the vitality of his practice five decades into his career and his response to the advent of the digital age. It runs through 1 June 2027.
