Developed with the artists and their galleries, the show will fill the historic Assembly Room with newly commissioned or recent paintings by figures including Andrew Cranston, Simone Kennedy Doig, Jake Grewal, Mia Kokkoni, Ellen Siebers and Arisa Yoshioka. Every work is offered for sale, with proceeds supporting the gallery, the artists and their representative galleries. The exhibition focuses on painting as a slower form of enquiry, favouring layered surfaces and ambiguity over the speed of contemporary image culture. It runs from 7 October to 8 November 2026, coinciding with the opening of Cecilia Vicuña's major autumn exhibition.
