Untitled Art, Houston has returned for its second edition, running from 2 to 4 October 2026 at the George R. Brown Convention Center following a VIP preview on 1 October. The fair gathers 78 galleries from 20 countries — including Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Japan, Spain and the United Kingdom — alongside 17 Texas galleries from Austin, Dallas, Denton and Houston, among them Inman Gallery, McClain Gallery, Sicardi Ayers Bacino and the University of Houston School of Art. A dedicated Nest section supports emerging galleries and first-time exhibitors, with eight of the 17 Texas venues participating. Organisers credit Houston's collector base and cultural infrastructure for the momentum behind the fair, which launched its inaugural edition in 2025 and was developed, in the words of fair director Michael Slenske, in close dialogue with the local arts community from the start. The fair is again woven into the city's institutional calendar. Partners include Asia Society Texas, the Contemporary Arts Museum Houston, the Menil Collection, the Moody Center for the Arts, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, the Rothko Chapel and Houston Grand Opera. Across town, the Blaffer Art Museum presents Adriana Corral and Maria Gaspar, CAMH shows Beverly Buchanan with Dionne Lee alongside a major Mary Ellen Carroll survey, and Art League Houston honours Texas artists Jamal Cyrus and César A. Martínez. Public programming extends beyond the convention hall: on Sunday 4 October a free community walk in the historic Third Ward visits Blue Bones, a public project by Houston artist Reynier Leyva Novo, who has painted neighbourhood buildings cobalt blue. With its international roster and deep local partnerships, the young fair is positioning Houston as a serious autumn stop on the art-world circuit.
