Tokyo-based SBI Art Auction has closed the books on its 83rd live-stream auction. The two-day sale ran on September 11 and 12, 2026, offering lots 1–272 on Friday and lots 273–581 on Saturday, spanning modern and contemporary art from the 20th century onward across painting, prints, sculpture and ceramics. On September 14 the house posted its results announcement, pairing the sale recap with an invitation to consign to future auctions — a regular rhythm for the seasonal auctioneer, which runs sales roughly every three months. Consignments are now open for the auction scheduled January 22–23, 2027, with a deadline in mid-November 2026.
