Samsung has added 19 artworks from Art Basel Paris 2026 to the collection on its Art Store platform, extending the fair's reach from the Grand Palais to living rooms. The new works, drawn from galleries that exhibited at the Paris fair, became available on Samsung televisions in markets where the Art Store service operates, building on the company's role as the fair's official art television partner.

Among the additions are Elene Shatberashvili's Poppies #4, a work noted for its expressive handling of an everyday subject, and Hans Op de Beeck's The Lounge (black and white), a monochrome image of a meticulously constructed sculptural interior. The selection was introduced ahead of the fair, and joins the existing Art Basel collection already carried on the platform. The Paris fair, held at the Grand Palais in October with 211 exhibiting galleries, is one of the art world's major autumn events, and the digital selection draws on the galleries that showed there.

The collaboration is presented as a way for audiences who could not attend the fair to discover the work of its participating galleries, and for visitors to revisit pieces they saw in Paris once they are home. Art Basel Paris director Karim Crippa has described the platform as an important channel for introducing the fair's artists to wider audiences.

Access to the collection requires a paid Samsung Art Store subscription, with prices, supported television models and the artworks available varying by market. The additions underline how art fairs are increasingly using screen-based distribution to keep their exhibitors' work visible long after the physical event has closed, and they reinforce Samsung's position as the fair's official television partner, a role built on its ongoing collaboration with Art Basel.
