Eileen Quinlan has opened Line Call at Miguel Abreu Gallery's Eldridge Street location, a solo exhibition running from 10 September to 31 October 2026. Quinlan culled two decades of her own photographic archives using the word 'stripes' as a prompt, producing a survey that is broad in format and intimate in affect. The artist manipulates studio setups, mirrors and darkroom processes to blur the line between documentation and abstraction, using photography as a chemical companion for processing what she observes and reflects on.
