The Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris has opened a retrospective devoted to Simone Fattal, the artist whose ceramic sculptures rework ancient myths, archaeology and memory. The exhibition, which opened on 18 September 2026, traces Fattal's practice from her Beirut publishing years through her decades-long sculptural output — works that fuse Mediterranean antiquity with contemporary reflection on exile and the sunken city.
