Los Angeles's largest art fair has set its calendar for the new year. The LA Art Show will run from 6 to 10 January 2027 at the downtown Los Angeles Convention Center, occupying the venue's West Hall for its 32nd edition. The announcement, made this week, also brings two new partnerships: the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) becomes the fair's charity beneficiary, receiving 15% of ticket proceeds in support of LGBTQ representation across media, while ticketing platform Tixr takes over as the event's official ticketing partner. The 2027 edition is expected to gather more than 90 exhibitors from the United States and abroad. Returning galleries include JS Gallery of Greece, Rebecca Hossack Art Gallery and Pontone from the United Kingdom, Pigment Gallery from Spain, Arcadia Contemporary and Rehs Galleries from New York, Markowicz Fine Art and Bruce Lurie from California, Provident Fine Art from Florida, Palette Contemporary from New Mexico, and MRG Fine Art of Los Angeles. Eight galleries will join for the first time, among them Avant Gallery of Miami, Bluerider ART of Taipei, CRIA of Mexico, Contessa Gallery of Ohio, Nisticovich Gallery of Tel Aviv, Winsor Birch of the United Kingdom, Allegro Studio Art of Michigan, and Kaibi Gallery of Japan. Producer and executive director Kassandra Voyagis said the fair has always aimed to be a place where different cultures, collectors and audiences cross paths, and described the GLAAD and Tixr partnerships as a way to extend that spirit into the show's 32nd year. Alongside the main fair, producer Fine Art Shows will introduce Art Under 10, a new event aimed at emerging galleries and contemporary work made within the last five years and priced below $10,000. It will take place from 8 to 10 January in Petree Hall, next to the main fair, and admission is included with LA Art Show tickets. Tickets for the 2027 show are already on sale through Tixr's website.
