P21 is presenting 'People in Prayer,' a solo exhibition by Yang Jung Uk, on view through October 10, 2026. The show marks the artist's first solo presentation with the gallery and his first in two years since his 2024 MMCA Korea Artist Prize, introducing two new series made for the occasion: 'People In Prayer' and 'Drawing of a Person Trying to Remember.' Yang, born in 1982 and trained in sculpture at Kyungwon University, has previously shown at Ulsan Art Museum, the OCI Museum of Art and Gallery Hyundai, and his works are held by MMCA, the Seoul Museum of Art and others.
