Hauser & Wirth Pairs London Voices with Modern Masters Across Two Frieze Booths
Hauser & Wirth presents at both Frieze London (Booth D20) and Frieze Masters (Booth D01), 14-18 October 2026 in Regent's Park, pairing London-based artists and new works against historical masters from Hans Arp to Oskar Schlemmer.

Hauser & Wirth will present at both Frieze London and Frieze Masters in Regent’s Park from 14 to 18 October 2026, with Booth D20 at Frieze London and Booth D01 at Frieze Masters. The two presentations pair contemporary voices with historical masters across the fair week. At Frieze London, the gallery’s group presentation celebrates London-based artists including Frank Bowling, Sonia Boyce, Catherine Goodman, Allison Katz, Christina Kimeze and Anj Smith, alongside new and recent works by George Condo, Leonardo Drew, Angel Otero and others. The booth ranges from painting to sculpture and spotlights some of the most compelling artistic voices of the moment, with further works by Phyllida Barlow, Nairy Baghramian, Stefan Brüggemann, Lee Bul, Camille Henrot, William Kentridge, Glenn Ligon, Pipilotti Rist and Avery Singer, among others. At Frieze Masters, the presentation turns to modern masters, featuring key works by Hans Arp, Max Beckmann, Lucio Fontana, Lucian Freud, Philip Guston, Marlow Moss, Francis Picabia and Oskar Schlemmer, among others. Highlights include Odilon Redon’s flower still life “Bouquet de fleurs dans un vase bleu” and a still life of flowers in a stoneware vase by Jan Brueghel the Elder from around 1607-08. Beyond the fair booths, Angel Otero makes his debut at Frieze Sculpture with “Dreams and Salt” (2025-26), a plywood door embedded in the earth at an angle and left slightly ajar, on view in Regent’s Park until 1 November 2026. His exhibition “Agua Salada” at Hauser & Wirth Somerset runs through 18 October, giving Frieze visitors a final chance to see the deeply personal body of work developed during his residency there.
