Frith Street Gallery is back in Paris for a second year with a pop-up at Le Molière, 40 rue de Richelieu, open 19–25 October 2026. The focused presentation brings together important works by four gallery artists: Dayanita Singh, Małgorzata Mirga-Tas, Tacita Dean and Cornelia Parker.
Frith Street Gallery has returned to Paris this autumn with a week-long pop-up at Le Molière, 40 rue de Richelieu, running 19–25 October 2026 to coincide with Art Basel Paris. Now in its second year, the project presents a focused selection of important works by four of the gallery's artists: Dayanita Singh, Małgorzata Mirga-Tas, Tacita Dean and Cornelia Parker.
The presentation leads with a major new multi-part installation by Indian photographer Dayanita Singh, shown alongside vibrant textile collages by Romani artist, educator and activist Małgorzata Mirga-Tas — works pieced together from curtains, jewellery, shirts and sheets. Tacita Dean contributes recent pieces made on found school writing slates, their aged patina augmented with chalk drawings of clouds, planets and trails of light. Cornelia Parker shows new sculptures — pairs of suspended silver-plated objects, one intact and one flattened — together with a selection of her drawings.
Founder Jane Hamlyn said she was delighted to bring the special pop-up project back to Paris for a second year, describing it as a focused look at the breadth of the gallery's programme through four very different artists.
The temporary space sits by the Jardins du Palais Royal, a short walk from the Louvre, the Bourse de Commerce and the Fondation Cartier. It is open Monday to Saturday 9am–8pm and Sunday 10am–5pm.
