Tiffany & Co. is bringing nearly two centuries of its history to Bentonville, Arkansas. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the jeweler are collaborating on an exhibition that sets archival jewels and gemstones alongside paintings and objects from the museum's collection, with nature as the shared theme. Rather than a conventional house retrospective, the show places pieces from the Tiffany Archives — covering the years 1885 to 1987 — in conversation with works by artists such as Martin Johnson Heade, pairing enameled orchid brooches by George Paulding Farnham with botanical painting and Jean Schlumberger's Bird on a Rock brooch with works exploring crystalline form. A centerpiece with local resonance is the 27.21-carat Arkansas Diamond, discovered in 1926 and acquired by Tiffany in 1946 — a gem literally mined in the museum's backyard. The exhibition opens October 9, 2026 and continues through March 29, 2027.
