36th Bienal de São Paulo makes German debut during Berlin Art Week

Haus der Kulturen der Welt is hosting the first German presentation of the 36th Bienal de São Paulo, 'Not All Travellers Walk Roads - Of Humanity as Practice', as part of Berlin Art Week. The exhibition brings together more than 30 artists to address care, resistance, colonial legacies, interdependence and imagination. The opening programme began on September 11, 2026, with the exhibition itself running from September 12 through December 6, 2026 at the HKW in Berlin.
